Just semantics really. Estonian cuisine, Estonian cooking, Estonian style of cooking, etc.

Main Entry: cui·sine

Function: noun
Etymology: French, literally, kitchen, from Old French, from Late Latin coquina — more at kitchen
Date: 1786
manner of preparing food : style of cooking; also : the food prepared

I checked out that blog, it's really nice and well-written. Some interesting recipes! I would never have thought to put some of those ingredients together, but the end dishes look really tasty.

If you're looking for some more modern day cooking that Estonians are doing, check out this food blog as well.
